Job Description

    Responsibilities
    • To be BCI Asia's ambassador to our client's organizations - to establish and grow our relationship with them.
    • Achieve key performance indicator and renewal sales targets, as well as upselling.
    • Manage and maintain profitable business relationships with all existing local small to mid size accounts and maintain high degree of customer satisfaction. 
    • Deliver tailored product training on our online services - by telephone and in the field.
    • Ensure our clients' are supported to achieve their ROI from our services.
    • Maintain excellent knowledge of BCI CRM and Lead Manager system.
    • Ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

     Requirements 

    • Preferably has 3+ years experience in account management & account handling, building client relationship, business development or servicing.
    • Positive Attitude and Passionate to learn about new challenge.
    • Willingnes to learn.
    • Good presentation and communication skills.
    • Client management and customer service skills.
    • Young and energetic, self motivated and has the drive to succeed.
    • Ideally able to start work in short notice.
